BAFS - Belt Attachment Flotation System

Designed with Special Forces and
amphibious operations in mind, the Belt Attachment Flotation System consists of
2 compact inflatable buoyancy units to be worn, at waist level, with assault
equipment.
They are manually inflated when
required, with oral top up. The
buoyancy is adjustable once inflated and they have the added facility of a quick
release mechanism, in case they need to be discarded.
Their compact nature means that
the swimmer assaulter can carry out tasks with minimum disruption and hindrance,
whilst affording a valuable life support system.
It is also capable of being used for other purposes such as a weapon platform once the Belt Attachment Flotation System is inflated.
